About the Founders 

Hamza El-Tawil  (Chairman) is a civil engineer undergraduation in the university. He is an active in the field of the humanitarian help for he enjoys the spirit of helping and providing aid.With his 3-year experience in fundraising and human rights, he is able to make changes in many lives of families as he always does. He enjoys a good reputation among his community. Currently, he is working in a huminitarian aid for the needy families.

Alaa Wadi  is new pharmacist graduated at June 2008 from al-azhar university.she had taken many courses in (Human Rights , TOEFL ,Pharmaceutical Marketing Skills, Forensic Medicine And Toxicology, Public Health ,Nutrition&Health Education Skills).She is member in Palestinian youth program Let's start together and is member in Al-Dameer association for human rights.Now she is working in health education project.

Mohammed Hamad is a teacher and researcher in the field of teaching English to speakers of the Arabic language. He had taught ESL in UNRWA since 2006 in Al-Nusirae camp. In addition, he has been through many supporting activites to the Palestinian refugees children such as UNRWA summer games 2008. He has a wide experience in cross-cultural communication.

Amr Hassouna (Vice Chairman)from Dier-El Balah camp is an active in the subject of human rights. He had taken many courses in this field and, in return, he organizes enlightenment courses about the human and children rights. He had studied Physics in the university. Consequently, he is organizing free-of-charge classes for the students of his camp as a humanitarian aid. Above all, he is a respected character in his community.
