Reinforcing Dialogue And Civil Rescue Conception Project
The project aims to reinforcing the values & concepts of dialogue and dissemination the culture of civil peace among youth at rural areas in Gaza strip. This project will work toward capacities building for about more than 15 person of the both gender who they work as activators in the partner civil society organizations on ( managing the meetings conversational seminar & the civil education of dialogue) in the amount of 12 training hour which treat (the community education issues dialogue as a safe tool in solving conflicts Moderation skills). And then target group will implement advocacy campaign a group of activities educational meetings and civil education seminar which target the youth groups in rural areas to change and adjustment a lot of behaviors and practices that citizens have used in rural areas and to reinforcing the culture of peace and dialogue among youth.
The Project is funded by Helping Hands - UK Charity HH will support HI (Help Initiative) for one year. The implementation of the project is in cooperation with AL-Manal Society For Development the Provincial Women.

Activity Name: Training in moderation skills.
Objective: Training 12 male and female youth for social education in the field of civil peace.
Activity description:
Training 12 male and female youth in community education and in the field of education and civil peace for 24 training hours from 1/2/2010 to 13/2/2010.
Rehabilitate the target group to participate in events and activities which will target youth young women and housewives in the marginalized areas in workshops to promote the concepts of dialogue and peace.
Materials and Resources: LC.D board marker pens papers notebooks laptop pencils pens.
Mechanism of Action: Groups brainstorming reinforcement documentary films.

Advantages:
1-Interaction the participants within the course
2-adequate the hall for the training
3-the training material is rich in concepts knowledge and skills.
Disadvantages:
1-Lack of visual displays because of the lack of full logistics.
2-Lack of time to view the complete course
Success Story:
Islam and Mahmoud are fresh university students. They joined the training course . They were admired by the content and the objectives of the project. They volunteered to hold workshops and carried out voluntary activities to serve the project.
Recommendation:
1-Developing the training unit and the complementary capabilities within the organization. It needs a financial support to do its job perfectly.
2-Targeting more male and female youth to create leaders and hold many advanced courses.
